Blogger Of The Month: February Is For Bad-Ass Beyotches!

When I can learn how to properly make guacamole and have a rational discussion on why I should vote all on one blog? Yeah, I’m *so* all about that! Of course, as I was praising the awesomeness of said blog this last weekend, I thought to myself, “Self…it’s time to make this radical chick February’s Blogger of the Month!“.

There are no prerequisites for what makes someone my Blogger of the
Month. Once it could be about how well a person waxes prosaic while
another it could simply be that their layout did not bug the shit out of me. This month, I picked a person who embodies both of those things and who rocks it with her sense of humor, has an admirable knowledge of trivia, takes a lot of shit yet still keeps smiling and basically has been so very kind and welcoming to me since I just started really getting to know her last fall.

That’s right, party people…..say congratulations to the one and
only Miss Britt! I’ll wait for the roar of thunder in the form of
clapping and screaming to die down. *Whistles*…done yet? Anyway, in my world, to know
Britt is to love Britt! We had shared so many mutual friends for a
couple of years yet I never went to her site for some odd reason. But
as soon as I did, she was not only friendly to me within the confines
of the PRB, but she also took time to email back and forth with me
about some personal problems that I was having. It was then that I
pretty much swooned and fell in love.

Besides the personal angle, she is a great bloggette! You know
me….I love someone who is blunt and honest, and believe you me, she
is! I also love the fact that she’s not afraid to tackle some of
those issues that a lot of us stay away from, like abortion or
politics. Hell, if you are talented enough to blog about those things
without starting a huge freaking flame war on your blog? Yeah, you
have my respect all the way! Her posts range from the kind mentioned
above to personal and heartfelt, informative and helpful and completely
amusing and insightful. The girl’s got brains, humor and a big
heart…so why don’t you check her out if you haven’t already?
