Bullet Monday…Why Should Sunday Have All The Fun?

THE DAY THE EARTH STOOD STILL:  Today is a very special day for one of my favorite people in the PRB.  That’s right, you all probably know but let it be announced again. 

A VERY HAPPY SCHMAPPY BIRTHDAY WISH GOES OUT TO FABBY FAB FAB OF POINTLESS DRIVEL!!!

Last night, Turnbaby had a radio show solely dedicated to him and it was wonderful.  One of the things that I did for her Fab-stravaganza was to record a little birthday clip for my man Fab….I sand a little sexy version of Happy Birthday which you can listen to here (and I mean you too, Fabby):

In honor of Fab’s birthday, every bullet in this Bullet Monday post will be a picture of Fab’s head!  Yanno, just in case you have no idea what that picture is!  Please wish Fab a very happy and special day.  He’s truly a great guy with a heart of gold so he deserves it!

ROCK PRINCESS HOOKER WAITRESS:  Since Activision now owns Blizzard
(where Shawn works) it looks like the perks are rolling in!  They gave
all of the managers a copy of Guitar Hero III for XBox 360 and I’ve
obsessed over it way more than Shawn has.  When I say "obsess", I am
not being an exaggeration whore as usual.  Thanks to Davey Joe’s
suggestion, I got rip roaring drunk Saturday night and cleared pretty
much the whole "easy" section then moved on to "medium" where I am a
true Rock Goddess!  Shawn said that he’d get Rock Band later this month…so I’ll be able to join Foo’s
band after all!  Right now my biggest "concern" is what stickers to put
on the guitar.  I added flames on each side and they look pretty
awesome on the slick black guitar.  I’m a simple girl…maybe no more
stickers for me? 

WORK IT OUT, BITCH:
I received a new workout video in the mail from my MIL on Saturday and
I’m taking it as a sign.  My little 30 minute walks each day are not
enough and it’s time to start working my ass of just a wee bit harder.
That video is sitting here on the table mocking me…that Leslie
Sansone hates me, I just know it.

TACKLE ME, ELMO:
Some thoughts I really want to tackle this week are big ones…like how
the media’s idea of fat is my idea of fuckable, how the only way men
have power over how much we love ourselves is by letting them, about
the incredulous phenomenon of "blog boys and their fan girls", and how
I wish people would just take one day to tell others how they really
feel.  Yep, I’ve got all that on my mind plus I promised Britt I would write a guest post AND I got one of my final "quiz dares" from Robin, who wants me to do a whole video post as Hilly-Sue….good times!

DAMNITFUCKINGSHIT:
I’ve been fighting off that nasty cold on and off and on and off since
I had the ear infection and sinus infection last month.  I stopped
taking the antibiotics, btw, because they made my stomach sick.
Anyway, as of right now my throat hurts, my chest hurts and my whole
body feels like a fevered piece of doo.  Thanks for playing!

YAWN:
This post, except for the Fabby Bday part, even bored the fuck out of
me so thanks for reading.  We’ll call this "Housecleaning for Hilly’s
Head" and leave it at that, hrmmm?

    I just ran over to Fab’s blog and “sang” Happy birthday - that picture of him is mildly disturbing! Lil Miss P walked in as I was reading and asked who that strange man was! Ha!
    PS When I see “Hilly-Sue” I can’t get the song “Peggy-Sue” out of my head for hours after!

    How cool is THAT to get all the freebies? Wow… (no pun intended). My grandson has Guitar Hero and seems to really enjoy it, but I’ve not gotten hooked on that one yet. I’m a little intrigued by the Wii, just because it would possibly get me off my ass… then again, if something can be done sitting, I’m the one who can do it! LOL!

    I am totally jealous… I never thought about using Fab-Head for my bullets on Bullet Sunday! This turned out so well that it has me thinking that Fab-Head should replace the bullet character in typefaces. LONG LOVE FAB-HEAD!!
