Blogger Of The Month: June Bug….

How funny.  I was going to start my blog post off with “this person may not blog every other day, but when she does, it’s pure magic!”.  However, after carefully stalking her studying her blog in order to make this post, I realized that she *does* actually blog almost every other day (if not more) and that her stuff is so damned good that it just doesn’t *seem* like it.  The thing about this blogger is that she can turn an every day life sort of moment into a grand adventure and leave you wanting to be right there with her in her world of awesomeness.

I’m not sure why I waited this long to make this woman a Blogger of the Month.  Maybe I did not want to seem like a supreme kiss ass before TequilaCon.  Maybe it’s just because I was letting the boys play rampant in the yard.  But whatever it was, it’s time to bring the “supercool chick solidarity” back, now with minty fresh flavor.  So you may ask yourselves (or not…in fact, probably not), what makes someone Hilly’s Blogger of the Month?  Well, there are no prerequisites.  It’s either about content, design or a mixture of the two.  But this time, it’s about so much more….

That’s right, cat and kittens….Viva Las Jenny!  I know that’s some atrocious grammar but whatever.  Please join me in showing the love to Jenny of Run Jen Run! Now you may know her as half the infamous duo responsible for bring you TequilaCon year after year, but she’s so much more than that.  Before I go into it though, can we please all bow our heads in a moment of silence for the radical badical that is this woman’s party planning skills?  Holy crap, she makes the fun happen and somehow with her masterful trickery, she gets me to drink like a fish.  Yep…all her fault.  Shush.  But really, there’s a slight chance that when you meet a blogger, they’ll not be half as fun as their blogs but that is definitely *not* the case here.

Anywayyyy, onto the prowess that is Run Jen Run.  I mentioned earlier that Jenny has a flair when it comes to the mundane.  Wait…not like I am saying her life is mundane, because it’s anything but!  Oh heck, you know what I mean!  Somehow things that would just pass by me in black and white seem to flow from her in amazing Technicolor.  She’s like one of them newfangled TVs or something.  In any case, there’s always something new to read on Jenny’s blog and kind of like mine, you really never know what you’re gonna get.  And yes, that’s a very good thing.

    Her mom is really cool too. I met her at TQ.

    Wait, I forgot. Turns out she was the mother to a different Jen. The Jen who was the bride in the wedding party I accidentally crashed.

    I’m sure Jen’s mom is really nice though. Like daughter like mom.
