    My state is typically red - and has a good chance of coming out blue this year because of people who will vote for the first time.

    Consider your birthday wish granted! I just updated my address with voter registration last week.

    Oh, I agree….3 years makes a huge difference. And, I’m all for acting like a 15 year old. In fact, I’m better at it than my own teenage daughter :laugh:

    Though living in Arizona–home of McCain–I *do* feel that my vote will be “wasted.” Ain’t no way this state’s going blue! :(

    BTW - While your vote in California for president might not be that important since we’ll go blue, what is VITALLY important is voting NO on Prop 8.

    Seriously people, it’s 2008. Get over your fear of gay people. And tell the government that you don’t believe it’s right to discriminate.

    Prop 2 is important too.
